Pack With Care
Securely pack the items in their original boxes with all included hardware and manuals to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in pristine condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
